To my knowledge, you can download the "iPhone Uer Guide" by opening the Apple Books app and searching for that guide.

They used to have them years ago. Now, I think the closest you can come is the iBooks version.

Subject: Need Help Restoring Apple Autochat on iMessage
Hello, carol B
I used to chat with Apple Autochat on iMessage to connect with an agent when needed. However, after wiping my iPhone, I lost access to the Autochat, and now I can’t start a new conversation with it. Unfortunately, I don’t have an email link or any other way to message Autochat again on iMessage.
I’d like to know if there’s a direct link or method to restore the Autochat conversation on iMessage. Can anyone help me with this?

I have never seen Apple bring out a .pdf User Guide for a iPhone but that doesn't mean there isn't one. The only one I use is a .html Guide iPhone User Guide - Apple Support (CA)
